Point of contact under the Digital Services Act. Because the app stores the cards you make, it counts as a hosting service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Public authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and anyone who uses Multiverbo can reach us for that purpose at info@multiverbo.com, in Czech or English (Articles 11 and 12 of the Regulation). Reports of unlawful content go to the same address.

It supervises how we treat consumers. It also settles consumer disputes out of court, free of charge, for paid services such as Premium (not for services provided free of charge): you apply through ČOI’s page on out-of-court settlement (in Czech). It supervises how we handle personal data. You can complain to it at any time; the Privacy Policy, section Your rights, explains your rights.
Trade
The trade licensing office named above supervises our trade licence. The Czech Telecommunication Office, Český telekomunikační úřad (ČTÚ), https://ctu.gov.cz, supervises the rules on cookies and similar storage on your device; the Privacy Policy explains that we use only what is strictly necessary.
Responsibility for content
We check the website and the lessons carefully, but a language course is a lot of words. If you find a mistake in a lesson, a translation or on this site, please tell us at info@multiverbo.com and we will correct it.
Some pages link to other websites. We choose those links with care, but we don’t control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish. If a link leads somewhere it should not, tell us and we will remove it.
The cards you write in the app are yours and are shown to you alone. We don’t review them and are not responsible for what they contain (Section 5 of the Czech Act on Certain Information Society Services, No. 480/2004 Coll.); we act on them only when someone reports them or the law requires it, as the Terms of Service explain.
